@nationaltrust As a NT member it annoys me that you keep offering free passes as most people have no intention of purchasing a membership, I know your intention is to entice new members but am disappointed in this marketing campaign especially as you don’t reward loyalty to existing members :(

@easyJet Well I really hope they get reimbursed quickly as they have had to pay out £1000s of pounds for accommodation, flights etc. Total shambles with little information at the airport
@mulletron60 @easyJet It’s all just unacceptable, they have now booked flights with @jet2 but first availability is Wednesday!!! Had to book hotels etc etc. easy jet have left hundreds stranded at airports this weekend
@easyJet my daughter and 14 friends have currently been left stranded at Faro airport as flight cancelled 😡 no receiving any help at all, what are they supposed to do??? No flights available to the Uk 🇬🇧 for a week??? This is not acceptable

@jambodrew40@Cruisenation Same here I have to ring to discuss my options too but so far after being on hold for hours on the "dedicated" phone line no luck getting through, not impressed at all don't know why they can't deal with this by email - if you can book online why can't you amend/cancel on line?
@manairport I appreciate staff are limited and working hard under stressful circumstances but it's the disorganisation that is causing distressed passengers to panick and worry they will not catch their flights, hopefully this will be remedied to allow a smoother transition through security
@manairport security checks on randomly selected luggage is disorganised chaos at T1, a complete lack of organisation causing unnecessary queues - no wonder some passengers are quite understandably upset & frustrated!
Emergency services are in attendance at a serious road traffic collision on the M62 Westbound just after the Ouse bridge, all lanes currently blocked.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area where possible.
