Bear has leptospirosis which is a diseases that can come from rats and stagnant water etc.

It has attacked his kidneys and liver etc. (2/6)

He is in agony. We nearly lost him a couple of times In the last 36 hours (3/6)

It’s quite a job keeping him clean and alive as he has next to no movement left and his body still aches when we touch him.

2 of us have been on it today. Hour by hour he seems to go up and down (5/6)

He’s been getting drips and IVs and force fed some tiny bits of food to keep him going.

I was so worried this morning I was just splashing some water on his gums and nose to freshen him up like a boxer. I want him to know there is a reason to live (4/6)

I’m not really sure if we can save him. The medicines are going in and it’s day 5. Every morning her wakes up there is slightly more hope.

But he is extremely sick.

Don't harm opossums! They’re harmless and actually really useful. They keep pests in check (eating ticks, roaches, rats, and scorpions), clean up dead animals, and help spread seeds. Basically, they’re nature’s cleanup crew

Cody Roberts sentenced to just 18 months probation and a $1000 fine for torturing a wolf.

Roberts from Wyoming, chased and ran a young female Wolf down with a snowmobile and 'HORRIFICALLY' tortured and killed her in a bar. An act that sparked national outrage.

Obviously the judge didn't see it that way. The sentence is no deterrent whatsoever!!😠
