@SamsungUS still can’t help and their support team is trash. 3 technicians were sent out until 1 gave them what they wanted to hear, a lie. They all told us manufacturer defect. Yet Samsung isn’t standing by their products. Will not purchase again.

@SamsungSupport @SamsungUS complete trash of a support line. No help at all. There’s a reason Samsung sent three completely different “certified technicians” out. All three told us manufacturer defect, yet one still told them what Samsung wanted to hear so they didn’t replace it.
