Good news: the Natalie Giorgi Sunshine Act is now law in California! "All food handlers" will need to have a simple food allergy training cert; more advanced for managers. See: https://t.co/vXKkcB2UfU…/ Giorgi family pushed hard for this to protect those with #foodallergies.

Dear schools, you need to be *proactive* abt FA & CD. My graduating senior has 4 festivities involving food & we’ve been chasing down staff for menus/practices. “Annoying” doesn’t begin to describe it.
