After watching the swimming over the past week I was wondering if any swimmers out there could answer why swimmers are wearing two caps to race in? Are they both the same style cap and does it make a difference?

We have managed to secure another set of swimming lessons for children in school who have missed out due to covid. Once again we are taking to social media to try and get as many different donated swim caps as possible for the children to wear. All help greatly received 👍

@bobbihadg Surely as someone that is on TV to give an "expert and professional" opinion on our national sport should really think how stupid her comments are before she says them to millions of viewers?? If it was a male opinion it would get the same backlash from fans/clubs
