Mark, You and your "journalists" told us Joe Biden was in fine mind for 4 years and attacked anyone who questioned his acuity. Was that accurate, fair minded and infused with integrity? Can you, per your own words, be Honest? 🇺🇸

Good green day today.
It still is a long way to get back to ATH.
So enjoy the ride, we are getting there.
However long it takes.
You only need 1 crazy guy on the bus to take over the entire bus cuz everyone's too scared to push back.
The communist only needs 3.5% of the people to riot to take over an entire country, cuz everyone is too scared to push back.
Rallying the crazy 3.5% is their WMD.
This example is instructive: "Move the at-home spouse into the labor market and every service she provided must be repurchased from the latest private equity roll-up (nursery, takeaway, cleaner, security system…). GDP records each purchase as growth. A family can thus be measured as substantially richer while consuming the same services — only now they spend less time together."
As @moveincircles often points out, work outside the home — for men and women — is a relatively modern/industrial construct anyway.

I am watching two sets of fibs for regions where we will likely find support, the video from yesterday goes into more detail on the proposed microcount (which we are following pretty closely imo).
Quick Scan of $IREN Job Postings
Credits to @AlexKarpsHair who has been keeping track of job postings as they get posted and filled. Going off his spreadsheet, I see that IREN job postings can be generally categorized into:
1. Physical DC Buildout: electricians, mechanical/controls engineers (liquid cooling), construction supervisors, .
2. Bare Metal+: basic Kubernetes and networking engineers for the "+" in Bare Metal+ aka IaaS.
3. DC Operations: technicals, incident triage team.
4. SG&A: supply chain.
Picture 1 Bare Metal+: this is the layer of software that IREN had before Mirantis. Included are Kubernetes/Slurm Devops engineers (picture 1), networking engineers.
Picture 2 Australia IOC Manager: Something that catches eye is Australia but this is not for physical Australia site. IaaS needs triage team 24/7 and many Clouds/Neoclouds will have a India/Eastern Europe/Australia team to cover the timezones. This is a remote team working from Australia to handle incidents for over-night US. Austrlia has produced tech companies like $TEAM so incident team mostly following runbooks is pretty easy higher to arbitrage talent.
Picture 3 Bare Metal+: Besides IOC roles, we see reliability and observability roles across Australia and Dallas-Fort Worth area. These will be core locations of IREN's IaaS operations. Even Hyperscalers have these job postings outside of bay area because bay area cost of living is too high for incident triage teams. This is mostly knowledge work but following procedures set by engineers. There are also reliability & observability analyst in Sydney Australia.
Picture 4 Mackenzie: Picture is Data Center Technician for Mackenzie but other roles are site manager, ware house coordinator. This indicates Mackenzie does plan to be this year although it has incountered delays, possibly for the same UPS permit timelines that PG had seen delays for but are now fine. Canal Flat has been pushed out and the 17k B300s are routed for Childress retrofit instead of earlier announced Canal Flats. Only PG, Mackenzie, Horizon 1-4 (Liquid Cooled Childress), and subset of blocks 7-10 are (Air Cooled Retrofit Childress) are planned for this year.
