public washrooms at Barriere Parc are disgraceful. accessible kayak/canoe launch is no longer accessible as you have to carry your canoe/kayak down a big hill and back up again!! Truly spoils what used to be a wonderful spot for all!! @cityofwinnipeg @MBGov do better
