How to be happy all the time:
Spend time away from devices
Create something meaningful
Train your muscles frequently
Prioritize emotional stability
Choose companions wisely
Keep your self-talk positive
Live according to nature
Challenge yourself
Get daily sunlight
Read stoicism
You dont gain much by focusing on seeing a green trade, its just cheering with no result in price. But there is positive add by visualizing trade failing as soon as you enter, so that your position management skills actually are respected better.

Happiness is not a function of what you achieve. It's a function of how you spend your time.
Success is a temporary thrill. Happiness lies in doing daily activities that bring you joy.
There's always a new mountain to climb. You don't have to anchor your emotions to the summit.
imo everyone should score their trades before taking them. anyone who's been trading long enough will tell u that not every trade opportunity is the same. Some setups have ALL the ducks lined up. some have half.. some have none. Cant risk the same 1R on every trade.
Again, basic amygdala shit.
when u're up a TINY bit, it says "take profits now or u'll lose it all".
when u're down it says "cancel that stop loss, move it a bit lower/higher. the stock might reverse"
The result: small wins, large losses.
Learn to tell it to shut the fuck up
Let’s talk about adding to winners, scaling and why I think it’s a poor idea as a beginner.
This is in response to a few messages received about the little paint image I retweeted the other day.
Some reason it split the audio, guess too long but worth a listen if that’s you

So ive been testing a hypothesis for a few years, and am at the point where I just need more data. Pretty much, most traders I know or mentored tend to have VERY high SPATIAL IQ (not overall IQ, just spatial). very few scored less than 100 & those >110 learned trading even faster
Questions to ask urself when tracking data:
✅how often does this setup occur
✅at what time does it usually occur
✅what is the avg range
✅what signal/indicator usually marks the top/bottom of this setup
✅what are the fundamentals usually like on this setup?

For those that think THE TOP is near
That is fine, but, you better believe that this ends in a MEGA BLOW-OFF TOP
At the time of "the top" the majority will be calling for targets that are nowhere in sight (if at $150k EVERYONE is screaming $1 MILLION you should worry)
$SNES 92% ADF score, so great potential fader.
Not a vwap boulevard setup so remember the top 3 rules:
1 wait for pm shorts to get squeezed out
2 wait for pm bulls to load up long (intraday bagholders)
3 drop Mjolnir 🔨 on high volume trendbreak & set ur stops
#ADFrules
Go over my old tips please.
Over 70-80% of the best faders die premarket.
The second best die by 10am.
So if u dont trade premarket u re actually eliminating ur chances of nailing the best faders.
U just have to be more cautious premarket that’s all.
Here are 2 pictures to illustrate this, for my "visual learning" motherfuckers.
Picture B sums up the anatomy of and every other low float black swan in the last 10+ years
Picture A is just an exit strategy (break of decisive price just to dump shares).
