At the MBR and middle room can have their bathrooms adjacent to each other on the left perimeter wall (to an extent the 3rd bedroom toilet too as well).

@BSAT_Properties The Kitchen and Dining layout is chaotic and constricted.
Open up the space/walls and let the kitchen flow directly into dining, which then flows into living room.
All the above spaces would have the same span given better airflow, spatial flow and line of sight
