I had a heart attack at 41.
I wasn't obese, a smoker, and I thought I was too young to worry.
Here's 8 things I wish someone had told me sooner:
1. Don’t eat Instant Ramen.
This is the part most people underestimate: your 30s and early 40s are when blood pressure, sleep debt, visceral fat and inactivity quietly lay the groundwork for “sudden” heart attacks later on. You don’t need exotic nitric oxide stacks for that , boring habits like 7–8 hours of sleep, walking after meals, resistance training, BP checks and a mostly unprocessed diet move the needle far more than any capsule ever will.
It’s all talk. Just withhold foreign aid to Israel for a month and they’ll stop bombing their neighbors - instant peace, the Strait of Hormuz can be opened, and gas drops $2 a gallon. Israel has been, and continues to be, the biggest welfare recipient from American tax payers.
If you send in U.S. military troops into Iran, there is going to be a political revolution in America.
WE. ARE. DONE.
We said no more foreign wars and we meant it.
The coalition will unite and be unstoppable. I’ll make sure of it.
End this war. It’s stupid.
The Epstein files were legally supposed to be released 146 days ago.
If citizens ignored court orders and federal law for 146 days, they’d be in jail.
When the government officials do it, nothing happens.
No one should have to beg the government to exercise a constitutionally protected right anywhere in the country.
Thank you @RepTrentKelly for cosponsoring HR 645, the National Constitutional Carry Act.
Nothing ever changes in Washington.
No matter which party is in charge.
You still get a bigger debt.
You still get foreign wars and you pay for them.
Your cost of living still increases and the value of the dollar continues to shrink.
Voting for both Democrats and Republicans is the worst ROI for the American people.
