@Aldwinckle84 @HenryHNorman @easyJet Hi Michelle. I'm not gonna lie, today is 5th day of trying and they finally answered. Today is the first day where I got the chance to call early in the morning. It still took a couple of hours on hold, but I eventually got through to a really helpful guy!

My call to @easyJet was FINALLY answered after another 3 hour wait. Big shout out to Antony in your South Africa office, who processed my full refund. Keep going people, they do eventually answer (eventhough it took 5 days!)

@SuzetteBishop Hi Suzie! Thanks for this, it's really helpful. I've emailed myself the cancellation, however it doesn't actually state 'processing refund', which I believe is because I can't actually request a refund online. Any ideas if that's correct or is there another way?
