@satyan_raina @ownlyfoodapp had a very similar experience with the customer service on their app. their AI bot on X is as unhelpful as the bot on their app. I took the matter to here but never helped.

few days ago i ordered a burger and some wings and to my utter disbelief, i received straight up RAW chicken and the tiniest burger ive ever seen in my life.

asked me to DM and ghosted. all those replies on consumer posts on X never get resolved even in chats. Neither in app nor on X.

Please dont get a customer's hopes up when you cant deliver on them.

@ownlycares @rapidoapp_ to add to that horror, i realised they were completely raw only after downing two wings already. as a obvious route out, decided reaching out to customer support but seems like they haven't employed people on it yet, coz i waited for a while 24 hours and no one took my complaint
