The judicial coup happened on March 6, 1819. The court illegally declared themselves to be above God and the Constitution. They used words taken out of context to create "implied powers" that void limits on federal power if a judge finds the action to be "necessary and proper." Much of the Constitution declares restrictions on federal power and this decision sets a precedent that can remove all restrictions, including the bill of rights. If we want a Constitutional Republic, "We the People" will need to take it back.
