@AmtrakNECAlerts I appreciate the update but what I don’t understand is why this delay wasn’t communicated sooner, and why no text or email has gone out informing of the delay. I only know from refreshing the app. This is my 3rd consecutive delay on Amtrak since Saturday, really disappointing

@AmtrakNECAlerts why is the 663 Keystone delayed 25 mins out of NYP?? What could possibly cause delays at the station of origin?? You should plan to have equipment available if you know you have trains scheduled.

@Uber_Support your app does not give me the option to leave a tip for delivery orders. Regardless of how many times I read the unhelpful prompts and follow the instructions exactly, the option doesn’t exist. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Fix this NOW!!

@AmtrakNECAlerts why is my train Acela 2107 delayed at the station of origin?? How can the first stop already be behind?? This seems to be a common occurrence for trains originating out of NYP.
