In this instance, Pope is fouling & the defender is now effectively the goalkeeper. Where is the cover??

@SkySportsNews This dilutes the sporting and economic value of the regular season. Instead make 3rd place an auto promotion if the team finishes more than 3pts ahead of the next team / so NO PLAYOFF. If there are teams within 3pts, then they can playoff and the winner faces #3 at Wembley.
