I was told my loan-linked Tata AIG insurance could be cancelled after 6 months and refunded to principal after a nominal deduction. I’ve been following up for 9 days with no response. Kindly resolve ASAP.

As per our conversation, the amount to be refunded for both the polices were 211614. But i have only received cancellation amount of one policy. Can you let me know why there is a big delay i this?

2 Ultimate level of fraudulent in a single day.
1. Deliveries by rapido(936) (security issue)
2. Customer executive cancelling the order post 1 hr delay and charging the consumer for penalty.(502)

1hr delayed order got cancelled when it arrived, i was told i wont get refund so i kept the food. The delivery guy asked me to pay 280 to keep the food and called cops. We transferred extra amount. I need refund and strict action.
