@MTA @NYCTBus this driver was INCREDIBLY RUDE when asked for a transfer. The s79 had JUST pulled into the last stop in bk at 5 23pm and when asked, he screamed "WHY DIDNT YOU F'N ASK ME EARLIER?" You guys allow employees to curse at riders for asking simple questions? @NYCMayor

@NYCTBus It was the S79 bus leaving from 4th ave and 86th st to Staten Island, it was the bus that left around 8:30-8:33 am. The supervisor held up the bus after he saw me take this picture and then asked me if "we had a problem" as if he wanted to fight. Glad I took the pic.

@MTA a "supervisor" of yours his name was Vierra on 4th av n 86thst threatened me after the reader on the bus didn't recognize my card. I went and re-did it twice b4 it worked and he said "I'll let you off with A WARNING" your machine didn't work. But my fault? N u threaten me?

@NYCTBus Two trips? Two buses that said NOT in Service just went by us and now its says "10 minutes" to wait? I have literally waited nearly 40 minutes now for one bus at rush hour...and you have 0 buses here. Do you guys not have any rules to work there?

@mta any B1 buses working today? It's been nearly 25 minutes since there's been a bus from 86th and 4th av going to Kingsboro...once again. It's rush hour, the only time you guys have to actually really do your job and you still can't do it, consistently. Horrible.

@NYCTBus I have read the bus times, it doesn't say 25 minute intervals on the time limit. I started walking. There are at least...60 people waiting for a bus. For the next 10 blocks. You don't even have one on the road. It's rush hour where are your drivers? Do they not have supervisors?

@NYCTBus My travels would be much safer if you had drivers that practiced safe driving. My night would be much better if you actually had buses that ran more than once every 30 minutes during rush hour times.

@NYCTBus If you see the video which I posted you would notice that there is quite literally an elderly man with a walker crammed into the front entrance and a little grandma by the door. I posted two videos for reference as well as the bus number 7555

@Derrick_NYC Well from the time of 5 30 to 6 there were 0 buses going to Kingsboro. There are tons of people on this bus. It is unsafe.

@NYCTBus We were able to board at about 8 40, and it was packed, there was no one waiting outside. He had us sit there for 10 minutes we left at 8:50 that's ridiculous. I had to take an Uber to work and STILL got late because of that driver.

@MTA can anyone please tell the about...20 of us waiting for a S79 bus at 4th ave and 86th st that need to get to work in staten island where the bus is? It was supposed to leave at 8 30 its 8 37. I got here at 8 28....where is The bus, I'm tired of paying for Uber to get to work

@MTA there have now been a total of 15 b1 buses that have passed me going to Sheepshead Bay and absolutely no bus going to 4th Avenue. Does anyone actually supervise MTA bus drivers? They have GPS locations trackers, can you guys not see the issue?

@Derrick_NYC I take this line almost every single day. Never have we waited during the morning rush for someone to go on their 10 minute lunch break when half the block is waiting to go to work. I was one of many people who were angry at this guy. Buzz off.

@NYGovCuomo What about the Board of Elections employees who are working with petitions? Those petitions can be infected with Covid 19 the workers are not wearing gloves or masks why are they not being provided 2 them? Why are they even working during a time like this?

@NYGovCuomo Why are Board of Election employees NOT being sent home? They are handling petitions that could be contaminated most without protective gear why are they still working? SEND THEM HOME nobodys going to vote during a viral pandemic
