IBM just released a 1-hour course on building agentic knowledge graphs from scratch:
• 00:00 - Introduction to knowledge graphs
• 05:35 - Building your first agentic graph
• 19:59 - Agentic memory powered by graphs
• 30:39 - Graphs for multi-agent orchestration
This 1-hour watch will replace 10 paid courses on agentic engineering.
Watch it today, then learn how to become a knowledge graph engineer in the article below.

During a meeting of the Higher Committee for the Future of Technology and the Digital Economy, we reviewed key updates on major projects and the roadmap for Agentic AI transformation in the private sector.
Over the next two years, more than 295,000 companies will be empowered through 100 specialised Agentic AI solutions. We also approved Dubai's hosting of the 50th International Collegiate Programming Contest and the launch of the Dubai Global Talent Network to attract and empower top talent.
Our objective is to position Dubai as the world's leading hub for artificial intelligence, supported by a highly attractive regulatory ecosystem and a private sector driving this transformation.
🧵 Markdown is dead. HTML is the new markdown for AI agents.
@trq212 (Claude Code @ Anthropic) dropped 20 working HTML demos instead of a blog post:
✅ Interactive code reviews with annotated diffs
✅ Design systems with live swatches
✅ Animation sandboxes with sliders
✅ Arrow-key slide decks in 1 file
✅ Incident post-mortems with timelines
Claude can inspect DOM → patch node → re-render → iterate visually. No more parsing 200-line markdown files.
No build step. Just open index.html.

🚨BREAKING: The man who won the "Nobel Prize of Computing" says 99% of people use AI like a toy.
Yann LeCun invented the technology inside every AI tool you touch. He's Meta's Chief AI Scientist. Turing Award winner.
And he says your prompts are embarrassingly shallow.
Here are 9 Claude prompts built on LeCun's cognitive architecture that turn shallow AI into expert-level reasoning:

Today in Parliament, I raised concerns affecting India’s prepaid recharge customers, who account for nearly 90% of the country’s 125 crore mobile users.
(1)
If a recharge expires, stopping outgoing calls may be understandable. But why are incoming calls stopped as well? Once validity ends, people cannot be reached, and even essential messages like bank OTPs may not come through. In emergencies or urgent situations, this can leave a person completely cut off.
My demands: First is that incoming calls and SMS should continue for at least one year after the last recharge so essential communication does not stop. Second, a mobile number should not be deactivated for at least three years after the last recharge. Third, telecom operators should introduce a low cost “incoming only” plan for users who simply need their number to remain active for essential calls, OTPs and government services.
(2)
I also raised the issue of 28 day recharge “monthly” plans. If something is called monthly, it should follow the calendar month of 30–31 days. Because of the 28 day cycle, consumers effectively end up paying for 13 recharges in a year. (28 days × 13 recharges = 364 days)
Telecom Operators should sync up their Recharge Plans with the true calendar months, and not 28 day plans.
A mobile phone today is not a luxury. It is a lifeline.
Prepaid recharge customers deserve fairness and transparency. Not clever fine print.
