@babbymd @RNSuperHero My adults are every 3 months (shileys and some bivonas with large cuffs); but yes my peds patients with little cuffs get trach changes every 2 weeks. And when I ask DMEs for downsizes (when I have a stock pile of original size)I will have to forgo the regular size.
