@nuuly why do you substitute things without confirming? I just restarted my subscription for the entire purpose of renting a dress for a wedding this month and that’s what ended up having to be substituted. I understand things are out 1/2

@onekingslane lost half our bedframe that we have been waiting 6 wks for & called 4x in the last 2 wks to get answers/refund/replacements#/etc & every time we call no one has any idea & says call @FedExHelp. We did that and @FedEx has determined it lost. WTF. This is ridiculous!!
