While Imran Khan’s sisters waited all day to see him, following every court and jail protocol, they were denied access as he was thrown back into solitary confinement.

Punjab Police baton-charged the women, including Aleema, Uzma, and Noureen Khan, after cutting off the water and lights outside Adiala.

Noureen Khan was dragged on the road before being arrested. All three sisters, Aleema, Uzma, and Noureen, have now been detained.

Allegations point to interference by top officials, including Asim Munir and Maryam Nawaz, amid growing pressure around Khan’s detention.
