I like @MrBeast videos but something about his latest video is a bit bothering.

What precedent does it set if a clickbait literally starts bending reality?

The golden yacht on thumbnail is obviously photoshopped. But there’s drone shots of a golden cruise ship in the beginning of the video which are also fake. Later in the video, it turns out that the actual ship is not at all gold coloured.

If this trend continues, people might start going all the way and make up fake places, fake objects and pretend as if they really exist. This kind of stuff was already happening on Instagram, but seeing it on professionally made YouTube videos is sad.
