An urgent appeal to the Government of India:
Please consider appointing @KanwalSibal to some high-level committee on absolutely anything.
National Dum Dum Security, Foreign Eye Laser Affairs, Cow Psychology, Ancient Wi-Fi Technology ... anything will do.
This gentlemen has served the nation. Now the nation must save X from his daily intellectual bombardment.
Give him a conference, a delegation, a government bungalow with unlimited tea and biscuits.
Just one humble request: Please keep him busy enough to forget his X password. 😂
Consider it a public welfare scheme. 🙏
@KanwalSibal@KanwalSibal@DrSYQuraishi In larger content, both of you are trollers -former on international level against @POTUS (see his tweets) and later at national level against @ECISVEEP Both autonomous body and apex court @indSupremeCourt has already at low ebb -not worthy of trolls.
"The CEC is not the EC." Former CEC @DrSYQuraishi argues that the EC is a three-member body and that decisions taken unilaterally cannot substitute for collective decision-making. As the SIR controversy intensifies, he says partial rollbacks are not enough and calls for disputed decisions to be undone. Who will ensure accountability?

🇺🇸 Bill Clinton says he's had enough of the Muslim hate...
"I'm tired of people denigrating Muslims for being Muslims.
The Quran says, and I first heard this from my daughter, who read the Quran from start to finish when she was 15 years old, and she said, 'Read this.'
Allah put the different people on the earth not that they might despise one another, but that they might come to know one another and learn from one another.
There are bad actors in every faith because we're all flawed human beings.
But the religious wars, the culture wars, I'm just tired."

@IndiaToday@_YogendraYadav Perfectly all right. The path to routine regime change should be open. Very well recapitulated 1977 election when we merely in late-teens voted to elect Janta Party. The demographic shade of western nations are greying but not in India. GenZ shall throw @RSSorg out of India!
THE WORLD IS DISCUSSING MODI'S FASCISM — DEMOCRACY, MINORITY RIGHTS AND INDIA'S GLOBAL REPUTATION
“Democracy is not merely about elections. It is about equal rights, independent institutions, freedom of expression and protection for every citizen.”
In this speech, Vijaylakshmi Nadar, identified in the video as a New Jersey member of the International Federation of Journalists, USA, raises serious concerns about the Modi government's political ideology, the RSS, Hindutva politics and their alleged impact on India's democratic institutions and religious minorities.
Her central message is that the international community and the Indian diaspora should not ignore questions of democratic accountability, minority rights and freedom of expression.
These concerns deserve serious, evidence-based public examination. Human Rights Watch's World Report 2026 documents concerns about the treatment of religious minorities, pressure on government critics and restrictions on freedom of expression in India. Reuters has also reported on rising anti-minority hate-speech incidents documented by India Hate Lab. These are independently reportable human-rights concerns, not proof that every allegation made in the speech is established.
THE QUESTIONS DEMOCRACY CANNOT IGNORE
• Are India's democratic institutions sufficiently independent and accountable?
• Are religious minorities, including Muslims, Christians and Sikhs, and historically marginalised communities receiving equal protection under the law?
• Can journalists, activists and government critics speak freely without intimidation or disproportionate legal action?
• Should allegations of political interference, discrimination or abuse be examined by genuinely independent institutions?
Criticism of a government is not hatred of a country. Defending India's constitutional democracy means demanding equal citizenship, justice, accountability and dignity for all Indians, regardless of religion or political belief.
Every serious allegation deserves impartial scrutiny. Where wrongdoing is established, accountability must follow; where allegations are disproved, that finding must also be respected.

The RSS had no role in the freedom struggle. It had, in fact, opposed the Quit India movement that began in Aug 1942. It also created the environment that made the horrific event of Jan 30, 1948 possible.
VIDEO | Delhi: On Mohan Bhagwat’s remarks over ‘Regime Change’, CPI(M) leader Brinda Karat says, “Bhagwat ji should understand this. Please understand, Bhagwat ji, India is not an RSS shakha where everything is dictated by your words, which are unconstitutional. This is India. This is India, not an RSS shakha. Please read the Constitution. The right to vote, the right to democratic dissent, and the right to protest are our constitutional rights. These rights do not exist in your shakha. No woman is allowed to enter your shakha. So, please do not lecture us about democracy. We understand it very well.”
She further reacted on Mohan Bhagwat’s remarks on Captain Smit Machchhar, says, “Trying to bring religion into everything is wrong. Smit is a very brave and exceptionally courageous person, and the whole world has appreciated him. Now, trying to reduce his act to a matter of religion or any particular faith reflects an extremely sectarian mindset. There are brave people belonging to every religion. There are brave people who stand up for humanity. So why reduce this act to one religion or another? Once again, they are adopting a sectarian approach towards such an extraordinary act of bravery and courage. We salute that pilot and condemn this narrow-minded approach.”
