ایوان صدر کے موجودہ قانونی مشیرِ اعلیٰ اور سابق چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ جسٹس ریٹائرڈ زاہد حسین کی بیٹی کی درخواست پر مقدمے میں ٹرائل کورٹ، ہائی کورٹ اور سپریم کورٹ کے بظاہر انسانی حقوق کے چیمپین ججوں نے مقدمے میں فیصلے کے بغیر بلا ضمانت چار سال تک ایک ڈی آئی جی پولیس افسر کو جیل میں رکھا اور اس دوران اسکی نوکری سے برطرفی کیخلاف اپیل پر بھی آج تک فیصلہ نہ ہو سکا، ہماری “انکل کی عدالت” کے اس نظام انصاف نے اس افسر کیساتھ کیا کیا، سنئیے اس افسر کی زبانی۔

کل سپریم کورٹ اس افسر کی چار سال بعد ضمانت پر رہائی کیخلاف جج کی بیٹی کی درخواست پھر سن رہی ہے، ایک سابق چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ اپنی “بھتیجی” کا یہ کیس بطور جج سپریم کورٹ سنیں گے۔

اعلی عدلیہ کا گٹھ جوڑ اور خوفناک چہرہ @Matiullahjan919 سامنے لائے ہیں ایک سابق پولیس افسر کے خلاف انکی (سابق چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائیکورٹ کی بیٹی) اہلیہ نے پانچ سال قبل سائبر کرائم کا کیس کیا کیس ثابت ہوتا ہے یا نہیں ابھی تک ٹرائل کورٹ اس کا فیصلہ نہیں کر سکی اس کیس میں زیادہ سے زیادہ سزا پانچ سال ہے چار سال تک ٹرائل کورٹ ہائیکورٹ سپریم کورٹ نے ضمانت نہیں دی سابق پولیس افسر کو جیل میں ہارٹ اٹیک ہوا اسٹنٹ پڑ گئے میڈیکل گراؤنڈ پر بھی جسٹس منصور علی شاہ جیسے جج نے ضمانت نہیں دی جس جرم کی سزا پانچ سال ہے ملزم پر ابھی ثابت بھی نہیں ہوا اور ملزم چار سال جیل میں گزار چکا ہے خوفناک خوفناک ۔۔ ابھی اس سابق پولیس افسر کی ضمانت خارج کرنے کا کیس کل سپریم کورٹ میں جسٹس منصور علی شاہ اور جسٹس عائشہ ملک کے بنچ میں لگ چکا ہے لاہور ہائیکورٹ سے تعلق رکھنے والے جج ۔۔ اپنے سابق چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائیکورٹ کی بیٹی کا کیس سنیں گے انصاف کا نظام ہلنے جا رہا ہے ملزم کے بقول جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے لاہور رجسٹری میں جو ان کے ساتھ کیا وہ بھی الگ داستان ہے
