I am extremely frustrated with the terrible service from @MAS. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, the experience my family had recently—and what they're currently enduring in KL—is unacceptable. I will never choose you as my airline again.
@MAS Now, it’s been over 3.5 hours since the flight landed, and my wife is still trying to reach her hotel in KL. This is absolutely unacceptable. You need to do better—this whole situation has been a nightmare
@MAS Mh191 cancelled After being turned back to Delhi, it took you 7 hours to arrange a hotel for my partner and our infant. Then you changed our tickets to include a 13-hour layover!
@ASICSaustralia When I asked your staff for options they said to buy another pair, I can’t be spending $309 every 3 months just to replace my spikes which usually cost $15.
As a loyal and long lasting customer I hope you can me here.
@ASICSaustralia I went to you dressmart shop and commercial bay store in Auckland NZ and to my surprise none of them sell just the spikes by itself, this is a massive bummer because now my $300 shoes are useless.

I have you odi gel cricket spikes shoe, and I wanted to replace my spikes as they have wore out, I bought new replacement spikes from Players sports however they don’t fit my asics (as its a customised size).
@EmiratesSupport i just wanted to express how utterly disappointed I am with your service. I have at the delhi airport and to my surprise was told that I can’t carry my laptop bag which was allowed from NZ when I travelled in Sept. worst start to a long journey
@EmiratesSupport i am baffled on how I was paying for a ticket Delhi to Auckland ($1499) and it didn’t go through due to a system glitch and now it asking for $2190. This has to be a joke. Can you please help
