To ensure a terrible nights sleep:
1) nap more than 90min in the afternoon
2) >100mg caffeine after 4pm
3) eat right before bed time (I confess I do this now and again, as I can’t fall asleep hungry)
4) Sleep in on weekends more than 1hr longer than usual duration

Ian Goodfellow, Apple’s director of machine learning, is leaving the company due to its return to work policy. In a note to staff, he said “I believe strongly that more flexibility would have been the best policy for my team.” He was likely the company’s most cited ML expert.
You know, just because you can't actually see someone working, doesn't mean they're not working.
You don't actually need them to come to the office where you can watch their fingers clicking the keys.
