Built Sentinel: it reads patient memory, finds contradictions, and acts — zero LLM calls in the detection path.

Today: a medication marked active + a documented reaction to it, same chart. Sentinel wrote the finding into the record itself.

Most "AI has memory" demos never test what happens when you delete the memory.

We did — wiped MEMORA's memory store, reran the same request. Every memory-dependent endpoint refused. Not a hallucination, not an empty 200. Silence.

Memory here is load-bearing, not optional.
