@it_is_otto_ Congrats to Uzbekistan for even making it to the WC. You have quality players. The future is bright. We need more Asian Muslim teams in the WC. I hope Bangladesh can play in it one day
@SarangSakura5 I am not a Brazil fan. My country is not in the World Cup so I am a neutral however I will be routing on every Muslim country since they are underdogs anyway. I just won’t pretend I’m from that country by raising their flag and acting like animal when if they win
Sadly this is true. Brazil I can understand, but Argentina? They literally see anyone who is black/brown as beneath them. We need to have this same energy for football teams within Bangladesh. Maybe that way we can actually compete on the big stage in football.
SNEAKO goes OFF on Bengalis rooting for Argentina and Messi at the World Cup, questioning why they're so emotionally invested in a country they have no connection to 😭👀
"Does this get to a point where it's borderline shirk? What connection do you have to Argentina? At what point is this idol worship? What is it with 3rd world countries doing this?"
Hey guys come check this out 👇😝
The lady's name is Usha Patel, a woman of Gujarati origin who was working in Britain.
While travelling on a train, she happened to encounter a Muslim man. As has become common for some people after 2014, the moment they see a Muslim, they seem compelled to start their own version of patriotism.
The same happened here. The moment she saw the man, she allegedly started making abusive remarks like, Go to Pakistan! and Go to Morocco!
The Muslim man, who happened to be a doctor by profession, simply recorded the incident and called the police.
Well, this was Britain not a place where such behaviour earns applause. Instead of cheers, the law stepped in.
The police escorted the lady off the train and she was sent to jail.
Now she's back in Gujarat, enjoying the consequences of the bravery that earned her so much applause.
A Perfect treatment to a Islamophobic lady and lesson to many such mentality People.
@TheBengalMuslim It's not unemployment. It is our inferiority complex and mindset of slavery, which stems from centuries of colonial rule. We should focus on decolonizing
@RebelxBD@LeonFuerte94341@dailysneako wtf Bangladeshi people look nothing like Argentinians you moron. Get out more, you’re literally the definition of this meme, just replace the flag with Bangladesh. Embarrassing
Glad I’m not the only one. The whole world loves Messi/Maradona/Pele/R9/Ronaldinho/CR7 but they don’t beg it to another man’s nation as hard as this.
Ffs, Curucao and Cape Verde are in the WC and not BD! Wake the fuck up
@dailysneako Bangladeshis: Look at us, we love Argentina and Messi as if we are Argentinian ourselves
Argentinians: aw ain’t that cute *anyway back to our racist memes of black and brown people*
@MediaevalM@dailysneako It’s cringe honestly. Embarrassing and makes us look like we still have that colonised mindset. I get Bangladesh will probably never make the World Cup but atleast support a fellow Muslim country. Why glory hunt countries that have historically won it many times lol
@AhmedShahAzfar Why not support a Muslim country or a country who has a similar struggle to Bangladesh. Yes Maradona and Messi were elite players, the whole world knows that. You can still admire greatness from a distance. Bangladeshi’s support Argentina as if they are Argentinian.
Sorry I lowkey agree with him, some of these fans are so deep into the Argentina obsession that if Bangladesh ever made the World Cup, I genuinely think they’d still back Argentina over their own country.
Many in Bangladesh passionately support Argentina or Brazil, but our local teams are often ignored. What if we invested that same energy, time, and money into our own clubs? 🧐
