The truth is Muslims hold the key to world peace.
Not the UN.
Not America.
Us.
Stop killing for God.
Stop jailing people for leaving.
Stop beating women and calling it faith.
Stop letting preachers teach your children to hate.
Stop silencing the one who asks questions.
Stop treating the non-Muslim as a second-class citizen.
Stop calling every critic an enemy.
Stop praising killers and blaming victims.
Stop hiding behind "that's not Islam".
Do that, and the world stops fearing us.
Do that, and a lot of wars end.
Nobody is coming to fix us.
The key has been in our hands the whole time.
We just keep refusing to use it.
Muslims, here's the truth that hurts.
Your freedom to speak was given to you by the kafir.
Not by any "Sharia nation".
Call the British Prime Minister a liar? You go home for dinner.
Call the Saudi King a liar? You don't go home.
Mock the US President? You get a TV show.
Mock Iran's Supreme Leader? You get a cell.
Raif Badawi wrote a blog.
10 years. 1,000 lashes.
Mashal Khan was accused of blasphemy. Never proven.
His fellow students beat him to death.
The West isn't perfect.
But nobody gets lashed for a blog there.
Not in London. Not in Paris. Not in New York.
We run to their countries to speak freely.
Then go online and call them the enemy.
So no.
Freedom of speech didn't come from a Sharia nation.
Not one.
The kafir gave it to you.
We Muslims need to be honest with ourselves.
Right now, a lot of the world sees us as a problem.
And our attitude isn't helping.
We demand respect, but we don't give any.
We get offended by everything, from a song to a Christmas tree.
We move to other people's countries, then complain they don't live like us.
We lose an argument, and we start cursing.
Then we cry that the world hates Muslims.
The world doesn't hate Islam.
It's tired of us.
Muslims, I'm sorry to break it to you, but the whole world is never going to become Muslim.
Not in 100 years. Not in 1,000 years. Never.
Christians aren't going anywhere. Hindus aren't going anywhere. Atheists aren't going anywhere.
Allah Himself said, "If your Lord had willed, everyone on earth would have believed" (Quran 10:99). He didn't. So why are some of us trying to do what Allah chose not to do?
Believe Islam is the truth. That's your right. But stop acting like everyone else's beliefs are a problem you need to fix.
Learn to live with people who don't believe what you believe, because they're not going anywhere.
Before you are a Muslim, Christian, Hindu or atheist, you are a human being.
We may disagree on religion, but we should never disagree on the value of human life.
Humanity before religion. Always.
Headlines you can hardly imagine hearing about Christianity:
“Couples beheaded for kissing inside a church.”
“A man gives his 9-year-old daughter away in marriage.”
“Someone insults Jesus and is lynched by Christians.”
“A man converts from Christianity to Islam and is marked for attack.”
I wish I could say the same about Islam and my Muslim brothers. 😢
No belief is worth a human life. No prophet needs a mob to defend his honour. And no God should be used as an excuse to abandon our humanity.
113 out of 114 chapters of the Quran begin by calling Allah the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
So how does the Most Merciful need people killed for insulting Him?
Muslims who support killing over insults are not defending Allah. They are disgracing the very name of the God they claim is merciful.
What kind of mercy demands blood over an insult? You cannot call God the Most Merciful and then defend killing in His name.
@TrendingEx What makes this whole situation even more heartbreaking for me is knowing that they left behind a 6 YO child who is now an orphan. It is tragic to think that this might never have happened if they had remained in their own country.

I can feel the anger in your words. Muhammad never sent you to become a killer in his name, so why are you so angry that I didn’t write “SAW” after his name? Respect is not measured by an abbreviation, and love for the Prophet should never be used to justify bloodshed.
As a Northerner, I still don’t understand our obsession with having a Northerner as President, even when the last Northern President who spent 8 years in charge of Nigeria left so much to be desired.
I would have at least understood the criticism and hate tweets directed at Tinubu if we had given Buhari the same energy when he was in power. But we didn’t. We kept quiet for 8 years because Buhari, a Northerner, was in charge.
So why are we suddenly pretending to care so much about good governance only when the President is from the South?

Dangote IPO announces and many are writing and speaking thousands of words in think pieces on how it's a bad investment for you to even put in your littlest money. None of these persons is throwing bundles of advice around on how buying iPhone after iPhone new releases with millions of hard-earned Naira is poor financial judgment for a country where minimum wage is N70k.
You don't see them advising people against buying GLEs that may continue to financially drain you to living hand to mouth if your source of income isn't unlimited.
Buy that stock if you have the free money.
