Police arrest 12 suspects over killing of Arise TV staff, security guard in Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested 12 suspected armed robbers in connection with the killing of Arise News staff, Somtochukwu Maduagwu, and a security guard, Barnabas Danlami, during a robbery at Unique Apartment, Gishiri Village, Abuja, on September 29, 2025.

According to the Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister, Olayinka Lere, the suspects have confessed to their involvement in the crime.

Peter Obi has pulled in more voters under his belt. He will continue to rake in more numbers before D-Day. But it didn’t come easy, he will continue to put in the amazing work.

Many who did not give him a chance, have come to see the light. There are many, millions even still on the fence. But these are early days.

That said, it’s kinda hard to wake someone pretending to be asleep. I do enjoy the way & the manner they are underestimating his chances in the North. We’ve been here before!

It feels like 2023 time capsule still.

Festus Keyamo may have started out like our Comrade Governor, Adams Oshiomhole. I will never forget “four people tweeting in a room” in a hurry. I enjoyed FK’s permutations wrapped in hubris & a type of misspent accomplishments. I love it when they fail to see our man coming.

How then will they recognize “Glory” when they see it? I’m not the type to be conceited, but I'm not the type for small talk; there is more from where the courage & wisdom came from.

Not letting anything out of the bag. Suspense & guesses are all part of the plan. The more they look? The less & less they will see. I’m all FOR THE BIGGER PICTURE! After all, Obi was the underdog, still is. I like me the story of victory, how underdogs can win. Glory is still in style; he’ll cover himself in it, ONE MORE TIME!

These are still early days. As we proceed, you will witness the insanely miraculous. Hearts are going to be shattered, maps redrawn, & new alliances forged. I can only urge you to keep an open mind, & watch as the drama unfolds.

I’ll digress for now, & focus on a more lighter note. Peter Obi is the most influential politician in Africa right now. He’s been trending since 2022. He allows most of us to innovate.

We think outside the box. Supporting him is super exciting & liberating. He will continue to inspire excellence in us. With Peter, you are sure of Electoral & Judicial Reforms.

Finally, power will return to the People of Nigeria, (where it originally should reside).

VICTORY AT LAST!

The Office of the Citizens becomes the highest Office in the land. That’s the hill I can die on. I’m all FOR THE BIGGER PICTURE. I do all of these, FOR THE GLORY OF NIGERIA! 💪💪
