@311DCgov Hi @311DCgov I sent a DM last week after pickup was missed, and got a service number but pickup never occurred. Trash and recycling was missed again yesterday at 177 Uhland Ter NE (and likely the entire block. We have had 2 pickups in 2025. Please expedite.

@311DCgov Hi again. We have yet to have normal trash pickup for 5 weeks on Wednesdays at 177 Uhland Ter NE. Our neighbors at 179 (and likely 175) also have been skipped the last few weeks.

@BlindsDotCom We placed an order 11 days ago including installation and are STILL waiting to hear from someone regarding scheduling our measurement. We’ve talked with customer reps 3x and have been “waiting for a call” the whole time. Please help expedite or we’ll go elsewhere.
