@TeamYouTube Thank you for your help. There was one setting that may have been the culprit (it was not what I expected) so I’ve changed it. Time will tell. So when I next receive a reply to a comment I hope I will get a notification email to let me know.
@TeamYouTube Hi, I would really like your help please. I don’t receive any emails if someone replies to my comments on YouTube. I have checked all my settings several times, particularly for ‘Notifications’ / ‘Your preferences’ and everything is switched on. Any ideas?

@TNLUK UPDATE: ok, I've now turned off wifi on my smartphone and I CAN log into the app using only 'data' on my phone. I think my broadband supplier may have recently switched to some new servers or something like that located abroad so my wifi is routed via that and this may explain it
@TNLUK Hi, I am having a lot of trouble logging into your site either via app or website, it does seem that both of them are down. I've been trying for the past 2 hours or so. Do you have an IT person who could look into this please?
