I was just called and treated extremely rudely by some employee. She blamed me. She blamed DoorDash. She again claimed she was refunding. She was not apologetic. I'm in no mood. Worst experience ever. @TSmoothieCafe

Still, disappointed with the service and the response to complaint. Really awful. As of today, I have little hope of a real response to the systemic issues they have in store. I still hope for my refund, but that hope dwindles each day.
