@PinnacleSF 2 weeks with no heating in a mouldy house in November with 2 kids is not acceptable.

Boiler deemed unsafe at gas inspection. No heating in November, with 2 kids, and repair date is 2 weeks away. Our house is already suffering with mould, 2 weeks in November with no heating is not acceptable.

@PinnacleSF we had a mould and damp survey done in Nov 22!!! The survey found work was required. In June we were told they needed scaffolding. Still waiting. We are approaching another winter with a compromised wall and roof flashing missing which will mean more mould and damp.
