@parcelforce I have just had the worst service from you. First your error in not delivering after I waited 10 hours for you, then by your terrible customer service, maming no attempt to put right your error , in fact suggesting I take the opportunity to wait another 10 hours!

#royalmail i have had the worst service from this used-to-be-reputable company. They have messed up the postage, kept me on the phone waiting over and hour, now their own procedures won't let me complain. Utter utter shit. How to ruin trust in a company!
