@Uber_Support unbelievably bad experience today. Waited 1 hour and order cancelled. Then reordered with a different supplier, they delivered 1 not 4 of my items. Quality is dropping guys.
@malinDO_air May I suggest you revisit your water policy on board. Just flew DPS>SYD. Security made us empty water and NO free water available on board. Customers asked to pay / attendant handing out hot water. Water is a basic human right. This is not good enough.

@SingaporeAir I did last time and got no reply. Classic example of not taking an issue seriously enough while passengers deal with the consequences. You need to revise your waitlist service as it’s misleading for passengers.
@SingaporeAir your waitlist system is a con. Been on it since August. Made multiple reservations. All cancelled. will miss out on seeing my family this year. Normal flights are now $$$. Second time this has happened. Will be writing to media about this.
@SingaporeAir Same stock standard response as before. Your waitlist system is actually terrible. Unlike other airlines where passengers can simply book and guarantee reward flights. You have to sit and hope. Wish I transferred my points to another airline now.

@Uber_Support Making sure this is visible. I am not getting any resolution in this issue. I am entitled to a refund or an adjustment. The response and handling of this complaint is unsatisfactory
@Uber_Support not happy with an ubereats order and your automated feedback is rejecting legitimate reasons for refund. Paid $48 for a meal with a tiny portion of meat. Comparison below. Please refund me immediately.
