I’m 3/4 of the way thru Saw X, the only Saw movie I have watched besides the first, and it feels kind of like a horror/gore soap opera in a good way…? When the puppet rides the fucken bike, I’m 💀…what a tension breaker 🎭😵💫
This is probably wrong, but after trying for ten years, with partial success, to process some ptsd in therapy, maybe the next step in my recovery is to no longer constantly think of myself as someone with ptsd?

Sometimes he summarizes so elegantly: [not verbatim] “there’s something big under this much dissociation, and it will process.” Respectfully clinically distant reassurance.
I think therapy may be becoming a frontier in emotional intimacy. How many of us have someone who will spend one hour a week listening to us without judgment otherwise?
