@lufthansa Well I have been waiting over a month and am out of pocket $4600 CDN and the live chat told me to submit a feedback form again… unbelievably poor customer service.

@lufthansa I am trying to check status of my reimbursement claim due to a canceled flight on April 13 using the feedback form that was suggested after a two hour wait on your live chat service. The feedback form does not recognize the flight numbers LH492 and LH247… HELP!!!

@lufthansa I have! But when I try to submit the feedback form for follow up it won’t let me submit without flight numbers and says “please match the requested format”
