Why is there no human support available on Snapchat? I've raised too many requests and only received automated response. Snapstreak restore option suddenly disappeared when being a Snapchat+ user i had restoration window open. Waiting for them to manually review this and restore.

Snapchat is illegally holding my personal data and memories hostage. I requested my 'All Time' data export, but they sent a broken 8MB zip with all my cloud media links deliberately wiped out. Is this your data privacy standard?
