エンジニアは単なるサポート役ではなく、経営陣にエンジニア視点で提案を行う、対等なパートナー。体制変更後、わずか数日で、すでに目に見える成果が出始めているペアもあり、一ヶ月後、半年後、どうなっているのか今からとても楽しみです。Co-CEOにはなんと新卒メンバーがアサインされ、それもアツい。

この大きな組織改革をリードしたCTOの博士（と社内では呼ばれている大久保さん）に、なぜこの体制が必要だったのか？その裏側と展望をインタビューしました。
