I think the story might actually be worse than what AI can come up with.

I’m really not a hater like I said I have 200+ hours played, I just played last night. This game honestly might have the worst story of any game I have ever played though. I have never cared less about all aspects of a games story/universe before.

They make it seem like it’s some revolutionary program where people transform their garages and kitchens into an intimate fine dining experience.

Then you watch the video and it’s some Mexican lady that sounds like she smokes 2 packs a day. Making her family that don’t have jobs work for her while she serves other Mexicans that don’t have jobs in her garage.

I’m on chapter 9 or 10, have almost 300 hours in and do everything in the world. I could care less about finishing it though.

The fun wears off, sure you can do a ton combat wise but it doesn’t feel fluid at all. You don’t care about the story or any of the characters, wish is a damn shame.

On the other hand games like Witcher 3, Cyberpunk and RDR2 I absolutely didn’t want to finish because I didn’t want it to be over.

I got so immersed and invested in the story, characters and world I wanted to find and finish every quest. Do anything to keep storylines going or discover new ones.

It really goes to show what it takes to make a true masterpiece and you quickly realize Crimson Desert just doesn’t have it.
