禁酒してみて良かった事。

・寝起きのだるさがゼロに
・IQOS吸った時とかの嗚咽がなくなる
・頭の回転良くなった感じ
・後回しにしてた事がどんどん出来る
・晩酌や寝酒してた時間に色々出来る
・悪酔いして人を詰めすぎたりがなくなる
・視界が綺麗で空の青さが違う
・睡眠の質が半端なく上がる
・肩凝りや目の疲れがなくなる
・なんか謎の自信が溢れる
・内臓脂肪が毎日落ちる

禁酒中に困った事。

・最初の数日寝付きが悪い
・周りが酒飲んでる場に居づらい
・執筆で行き詰まった時に酒の勢いで書く手法が使えなくなる
・キャバ嬢どもがしつこい

このように、メリットのほうが圧倒的に多い。
俺はまだ続けるけど、１０日断酒かなりおすすめだな。
ノンアルコールビールは良くないと思う。
紛らわせてるだけだと本物が飲みたくなる。
きっぱりと断つのがおすすめ。
海外在住の人は大麻を使うのもかなりあり。
ファスティングを併用して、寝る前の空腹時にエディブルを摂取するとがつんと効いて寝る前に深酒した感じになるが臓器ダメージはなし。
