I have been calling Sonos support for months and waiting patiently for fix. Are you saying this is the 1st you have heard about this issue with macOS CATALINA?
Please provide phone# and who to talk with. For all my years and Sonos product I own this is the worst experience I had

I have called Sonos support & have only been told that I can air play from phone or use my Sonos share bridge.This answer does not work well like it used to .Will Sonos ever have a fix for Catalina ? Should i just give up on Sonos .If you have the answers, can I call you direct?

Yes , I use an external hard drive for my music for years ,17,000 songs ,100+ playlist . I have playlists for every occasion with 100-300 songs in each. I only use playlists. This has been very frustrating that Sonos hasn’t recognized playlists. I call in weekly with no resolve

@SonosSupport has Sonos figured out its conflict with pulling playlist files from iTunes running macOS Catalina ? It’s been over 2 months and this issue still isn’t resolved . I have always used Sonos with iTunes for years running on my MAC. Sonos needs to play from playlists
