ive made numerous complaints without correspondence, The odd complaint they may acknowledge, goes ignored with zero follow up from @Clarion_Group
They even claim never received complaints, the 1's they do they give the complaint to the person the complaints about.

You say you over help and support on your estates, but there is zero improvement and zero help for us.

@Clarion_Group area management said they would be round 10am. I've changed plans and it cost money to make sure I'm around.
like every other time, there is a no show as of 10:42, not even a call prior to say they won't be attending. Rain is not excuse.

@boltoncouncil I already pay for waste collection and it can't be collected because my bins were stolen 4+year ago, @boltoncouncil expect me to pay to replace for them to be stolen again (I refuse). Can I get my payments back for the waste collection that's never happened.

This really isn't a reasonable excuse @Tesco to cancel a order that you was depending upon. Especially when you recieve the email saying order is cancelled at 07:24 but then recieve a txt at 08:05 confirming delivery slot.
When you cancel on a "valued customer" compensate them.

Tenant should pay for any damages and deep clean upon vacation as stated in any contract.
The Bond covers most damages (increase if need) but all landlords have renters insurance aswell, so there is no reason any family renting should not be allowed a family pet.

@Clarion_Group That's great for them areas, but when a vulnerable tenant has to wait 2month for a security repair and for over a 2month to get a response about multiple complaints (still waiting). If you have #clarion property in northwest (bolton), seevice is astonishingly bad.
