Thrilled to announce that I’ll be moving to East Lansing this fall to start my PhD in #economics at @MSUEconomics ! Thank you to everyone who has helped me to get to this exciting next step, especially my family, @PrincetonSPIA , and @TAMUECON !
6/12/2024 Grimace throws out the first pitch at Citi Field. After the pitch, the Mets, who were 28-37, went 61-36 to close the regular season and advanced to the NLCS for the first time since 2015.

….we attack a 150 year old Walras question that's gone unanswered, not for lack of trying (Hicks, Samuelson, Arrow; our chances?😱)...

The Stata command lwdid is now available on SSC -- it implements Lee and Wooldridge (2025) rolling DiD estimators. The methods are described here: https://t.co/ubKnsajjmT
We provide methods similar to, and motivated by, Callaway and Sant'Anna (2021, Journal of Econometrics).
great paper from Kieran Douglass at UC Davis documenting something that we had long suspected using AI lit review techniques-
the rainfall IV fails the exclusion restriction pretty hard!
Advice for PhD students in economics about using AI, from the brilliant Isaiah Andrews. This should probably be circulated to all PhD cohorts

@luongthuha The kids were really well behaved this week, so they could choose what to do Sunday. Finn and Julia wanted to go to the arcade and Tommy wanted to see a movie, so we split up for the day.
Hope everything is going well with you! Are you going to be back in EL anytime soon?
Really cool paper from Mikusheva and Solvsten coming out in @qe_editors ! Their Chamberlain Seminar presentation was a really nice walk-through of this https://t.co/wqdaJPleUa
We show weak exogeneity can bias OLS in time series with many controls, making it inconsistent. Bias grows with regressors and autocorrelation. We propose a correction method, yielding a consistent, asymptotically Gaussian estimator. https://t.co/75k0LQWMwS
