@virginmedia This isn’t treating customers fairly. What you’ve said is: you will advertise a rate & mislead customers by then expecting the deception to be recognised when you do not receive an objection to the deception. Guys, this is predatory behaviour. 2/1

@O2 So @O2 collects the money but won’t take responsibility for cancellation? I’d like a full refund for the misleading & deceptive sale of a unsolicited product add on. £12/mth and never once used.

Never in my 35 years in the law have I seen a Federal Court Appeal proceed so quickly and before a Full Bench and in a Sunday. Some serious strings have been pulled by someone for this to occur. Normally the wheels of justice turn slowly.
