Please be kind. This was one of the 1st fantasy epics that drew me into the genre (5th grade?). It has its' flaws, but the magic is real.
ps -- definitely do not go beyond the 3rd book

@IMAO_ I tend to like neutral reads in audiobooks. I don't want the reader's acting crowding out my imagination. It's a much closer experience to reading the book than a movie adaptation. My interpretation of the content should be more important than the voice actor's.
