@FancyScientist Yup, I have my https://t.co/mJQDmB5PSq. and I work full time as a biologist for a consultant in BC. While it is easier to have a MS, it is definitely not a pre-req. Interestingly, most of the bios I know who have worked 20+years have just a Bsc, and most new ones have MS.
