I need answers, not a “delivered” status.

My SBI Debit Card was marked “successfully delivered”, but I received no dispatch SMS, no tracking/consignment ID, and no information about who accepted the card.

@TheOfficialSBI @IndiaPostOffice If a banking card can be marked delivered without the customer being able to verify its delivery, who is accountable for its security?

Please provide the complete tracking and delivery proof and explain what happened also take action.

SBI & India Post, please clarify:

• Who received my debit card?
• Where is the delivery proof/OTP/signature?
• Why was I not given the tracking details?
• Why was there no proper delivery notification?

The Govt. of India has already clarified in parliament that smart prepaid meters are optional, not compulsory. Under whose authority are consumers being threatened and harassed?

Today, a person came to install a smart meter without any ID card or authorization letter and threatened to disconnect  electricity if  refused.

His team leader "Eliyas" then called, falsely claiming to be the Boko Subdivision Incharge, and repeated the threat.
