When we talk about Russian propaganda victims, we assume it's the Russian-speaking people because it's them who exist in the Russian media space. We confine Russian propaganda within Russian borders. This misconception brings western people/media to assume that...
What a bitter twist of fate.

Cutting off Russia from SWIFT.
Canceling all their visas!
